Shipping Cost & Methods

We ship worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $99 USD.  

We will ship the package by express delivery like DHL or  standard postal parcel like USPS/ARAMEX/ELSE, it depends on the country and region. 

For most countries, we will use DHL for shipping. For some remote countries or regions or the areas where DHL cannot deliver, we will use postal parcel services. 

Shipping Time

 All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

Shipping time varies. Below is the estimated shipping time for reference.

-By express delivery: about 3-8 days

-By standard postal parcel: about 3-25 days depends on country and region

Please Note: Deliveries may incur delays due to reasons outside our control including customs, public holidays etc. We recommend visiting the carrier's website for the most accurate and up-to-date shipping time frame. Customs Duties and Taxes

Prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who fail to pay relevant import taxes upon the arrival of their goods, resulting in their parcel being returned to sender. These orders are not eligible for refunds.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for the accurate info. Please verify your address and phone number.

We make every effort to verify  the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we are unable to verify the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Lost or Damaged Package

If you received your products damaged, please save and take photos of all packaging materials and damaged goods before fill a claim.

We are not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. But we will file a claim with the shipping carries and investigate what happened with your order. And we will take corresponding solutions or replace or refund your order based on the investigation is completed.  

Supplementary Terms
